A setting powder is used to even out and make sure your foundation and creme concealer stays in place without setting in the natural lines of your face. Our setting powder is fine-grained, easy on the skin and has a formula that effectively fixates even the most difficult parts of your face, like under your eyes, your laugh lines and around your nose, leaving you with a smooth finish. It will reduce the impression of large pores and irregularities. Apply with our Nr.P01 Powder Brush for light coverage or with a powder puff for extra coverage and fixation on your base.
Creme foundation is oil-based, creamy and gives a moisturized glow. It can easily be built up to get the exact amount of coverage that you desire. It also works great as a concealer/color corrector. This foundation can be used on all skin types but is especially recommended to anyone with dry skin.
Mineral powder gives a nice glow while also nourishing the skin and letting it breathe. It is a finely grained powder with light coverage that can be build up to medium coverage if you want. Because it is a dry mineral product, it doesn't allow germs to grow making it especially suitable if you have sensitive skin.
Mineral Liquid Foundation is oil-free, lasting and has a matte finish. It can be built up to get the coverage you desire and works really well if you have large pores and skin that easily gets oily during the day. It works well on all skin types.
Which shade should I choose for my setting powder?
Our powders have lower pigment but does also provide some coverage. So to get a natural result, make sure to always choose a shade that either matches completely or is slightly lighter than your foundation. Using a powder that is too dark can make the result look spotted.
How do I apply setting powder for best results?
When using creme foundations for a base, you need to make sure to smoothen out the foundation so it won't set in your natural lines. If you apply powder without smoothening your creme foundation, you'll get an unnatural result with a lot of product right in the creases and lines of your face.
Apply your setting powder with a powder brush over your entire face. If you want, you can use an eyeshadow brush in the smaller areas around your eyes and your nose. If you want extra coverage, apply your powder with a powder puff.
How do you apply setting powder on dry skin?
If you have dry skin, you really don't need a lot of setting powder. Sometimes it's enough to just apply a thin layer of powder right around your eyes. And if you're really dry, make sure to prep your face with a moisturizing cream before applying your makeup. That will make the end result look better and more natural.
If you would rather use a powder foundation instead of creme foundation, try our mineral powders instead. They will give you light coverage while also fixating your look without it being too dry.
