Confidence in Color 💜

💜 Power Makeup: When You Want to Take Up Space
A confident look with a little purple twist ✨
Hi everyone, Camilla here! 🤍
Autumn is starting to arrive, and today I wanted to create a Power Makeup look, but with a little twist. This time I’m adding a purple liner. 💜
And honestly, this turned into such a cool look in the end!
So, trust the process, play with your colors and your makeup, and most importantly, have fun with it! Makeup doesn't always have to be perfect. Sometimes you just need to try something a little different and see where it takes you. ✨
🌿 Starting with the base
As always, I start by prepping my skin with skincare before I do my makeup.
For this look I use Glow On Day Cream to give my skin a good, hydrated base.
Then I go in with Color Corrector "Peachy Orange" under my eyes and on my eyelids to brighten and neutralize the area.
For my foundation, I mix quite a lot of Mixing Base into the foundation because I want a little less coverage for this look.
I mix Nougat, Mint Green and Cream to create my perfect shade match.
I blend everything together and apply it with a brush, then go over it with a sponge to remove any excess product.
I really like doing this because I can get the finish and coverage I want while still keeping the base looking natural. 🤍
🎀 Brows & setting the base
Then I move on to my brows and use the Brow Pen "Blonde".
After that I set my whole face with Setting Powder "Pale Beige", which is also a good match for me.
One thing I really like about the setting powders is that they come in many different shades, so there really is something for everyone. ✨
Then I take Yadi and use it as my bronzer, and I honestly think it looks so pretty used this way.
For blush I use Hyperflex Shadow "Förälskad", which gives the look that little extra touch of color. 🩷

👀 Let's play with color
Now we get to the eyes!
I start with Choklad on the outer corner of the eye and blend it almost towards the middle of the lid. I also bring it upwards towards the brow.
Then I take Koppar on the inner part of the lid and blend it into Choklad.
I add a little bit of Äppelblom right up towards the brow and blend everything together so there’s a soft transition between the colors.
I also take Choklad underneath the eye to bring the whole look together.
And then comes the little twist… 🌈
💜 The purple twist
Okay, this might sound a little crazy, but also SO cool!
I use Rainbow Strokes Laila as my eyeliner and also in the waterline.
And this is exactly what I mean when I say: trust the process! 😂✨
Sometimes a color combination might look a little strange when you're halfway through, but once everything comes together, it can be so much fun.
So don't be afraid to play with color and try something outside your usual routine. Makeup is supposed to be fun! 💜
💄 Finishing the look
For my lips I use Lipliner "Vienna" and then finish with Lipgloss "Dakar".
And I think this really brings the whole look together.
The eyes get to be the statement, while the lips keep everything feeling balanced and wearable. ✨
