Shipping policy

We normally process your order within 1-3 working days and intend to ship it within a maximum of 3 working days. In case of high load, it may take up to 7 working days before your order is sent from our warehouse.
During public holidays our process and shipping time may be longer than usual and our customers should expect a process and shipping time between 5-14 working days.

We cannot be held responsible for any carelessness or lost packages as a result of the supplier's actions but always do our best to try to track, recover and to some extent replace your order.
In cases where our courier claims to have delivered the packages and you have not received it you will have to file a complaint with them and report the goods as stolen with the authorities before we can help you. Please note that we will report any fraudulent behaviour if noted that your complaint is not legit or a try to scam.

For deliveries outside the EU customs, the customer is responsible for the customs fee.

We strive for you as a customer to be satisfied and therefore ask you to contact us if you would like faster handling, in some cases we have the option of arranging direct pick up from one of our warehouses.
