A warm summer look 🌊✨

We’re right in the middle of summer now with all those beautiful warm evenings, and honestly… what fits better than a soft golden look for late summer nights? ☀️
I really wanted this look to feel warm, dreamy and glowy, like golden hour ✨
🌿 Skin prep first
Before makeup I always prep my skin properly with skincare to create a good base.
For foundation I use Mineral Liquid Foundation because it gives a natural matte finish while still looking lightweight on the skin. It’s also buildable if you want more coverage.
I apply it and then remove excess product with a sponge so the skin still looks fresh and natural 🤍
Under the eyes and on the lids I use a little bit of Creme Foundation Cream to brighten everything up and make the face look more awake.
Then I set the face with Setting Powder. You can use either a puff or a brush depending on the finish you want ✨
- Puff = more matte and extra long-lasting
- Brush = softer and lighter finish
And I love that there are shades for everyone, plus transparent options too 🌊
☀️ Bronzed summer skin
Once again… I’ve completely fallen in love with Hyperflex Shadow Kanel as a bronzer shade on me 💄
I use it all the time lately and honestly love that the Hyperflex Shadows can be used for so many different things.
For blush I use Hyperflex Shadow Aprikos and place it slightly upwards towards the eyes for a lifted effect 🎀
Then I use the same shade in the crease and blend it upwards towards the brows. On the outer corner I add Kanel and blend the shades together for that soft sunset effect.
And of course I had to finish with shimmer ✨
For this look I used Hyperflex Shimmer Shadow Guld because… what fits the golden hour theme better than gold? ☀️
I also apply the same shadows under the eyes to make everything melt together nicely and then finish with mascara.
🤍 Soft lips & easy brows
I decided to fill in my brows for this look, even though I can be a little lazy with brows sometimes 😅
But their Brow Pencil Blonde matched me perfectly and I love that the tip is thin, which makes it really easy to apply.
On the lips I start with Nostalgia Lipliner Mocha and blend it out softly with a brush.
Then I apply Lipgloss Squad Timbuktu for that glossy summer finish ✨
And the final step is of course Balance Bae Face Mist for hydration and longer wear 🌊
