Double Line Energy 💗

🎀 Play With Lines, Small Details Can Change Everything
A creative eye look with eyeliner, colour and a little pink twist 🤍
Hi everyone, Camilla here again with a new post and a new look! 🤍
Today we're focusing on lines. I'm not someone who wears eyeliner every day, but I have to admit that it looks so pretty when I do put it on. I can also admit that I'm a little lazy when it comes to everyday makeup. When I'm going to work, I usually do whatever is quick and easy because I need to get out the door. 😂
But when I'm off, it's so much fun to spend a little more time on the eyes and try different colours and different products in all kinds of ways.
Nothing is wrong as long as you're having fun, and I really love developing my makeup skills, so I just keep trying everything! ✨
🌿 Skincare first
For this look, I start with my skincare to prepare my face for makeup.
I always find that hydration before makeup gives a really nice result, and now that autumn is here and colder weather is on its way, I think it's even more important to give your skin some extra hydration.
During autumn and winter, our skin can feel drier, so I like to really focus on skincare before makeup, whether you're wearing makeup or not. 🤍
I start with Clean Break Cleansing Foam, which cleanses the skin and leaves it feeling soft and ready for Thirst Trap Hydrating Serum. This serum is honestly so lovely and gives the skin plenty of hydration. Then I move on to Glow On Day Cream and let everything sink in for a little while before starting with my makeup.
💄 Creating my base
For my foundation, I mix Mixing Base, Color Corrector "Mint Green" and Creme Foundation "Cream" and "Nougat", which gives me a good colour match for my skin.
The Creme Foundation/Color Corrector comes in many different shades, so there is something for everyone, and you don't have to mix if you don't want to.
You can absolutely just use one shade.
The Mixing Base makes the foundation less full coverage and gives it more of a glow, so you can really play around and see what works for you and what kind of finish you like. ✨The Color Corrector/Creme Foundation is also very highly pigmented and you don't need much product.
So don't be scared by the fact that the packaging is quite small, I promise it lasts forever! 😂
And if you mix it with Mixing Base, you can make it go even further. I mix everything together, apply it with a brush and then go over it with a sponge to remove any excess.
I'm using the brushes from älliés, and now they've released new ones too, so those are definitely on my shopping list. 🎀
🤍 Brows & setting
I've also found a new favorite for my brows the Brow Pen "Blonde". It's so easy to apply and the fine tip makes it perfect for my brows. I just fill in the little gaps so my brows become a little more visible while still looking natural.
Then I set my face with Setting Powder "Pale Beige", using a powder puff from älliés for a more matte finish and longer-lasting makeup.
☀️ Adding some warmth
For bronzer I use Hyperflex Shadow "Kanel", which is a little warmer than the shade I normally reach for. But I really like how it looks on me!
I love that you can use the shadows for so many different things and that you can mix and match them however you want in your palettes.
For blush I use Nektarin.
I usually apply both my bronzer and blush slightly upwards because I like the lifted effect it gives to the face. ✨

👀 Let's play with lines
Now we get to the eyes!
I start with Hyperflex Shadow "Sand" all over the lid and blend until I'm happy with it.Then I take First Date Hyperflex Liner "Pitch Black" and create my first eyeliner.
And now for the next line… because I want to do two liners! 🎀
I take Balance Bae Face Mist and spray a little into the lid. Then I use a thin eyeliner brush, dip it into a little bit of the mist and then into Hyperflex Shadow "Aster". I use it to create a pink eyeliner right above the black one. 💗
Then I add mascara and the eyes are done, and I think they look so pretty!
I mean… I really love pink. 😂🎀
💋 Finishing the look
For the lips I use Lipgloss Squad "Accra", which is such a beautiful shade.
And finally, I add a little extra hydration by spraying Balance Bae Face Mist all over my face. It also helps extend the wear of my makeup, and it's honestly such a lovely mist to have in your routine. 🌊🤍
And that's the look!
A few simple lines can really change the whole feeling of your makeup without having to go for a full glam look. And that's what I love about experimenting, sometimes it's just one small detail that makes everything feel completely different. ✨
