Warm Autumn Glow 🍂

Warm Autumn Glow 🍂

🍂 Soft Glam for Darker Days ✨

Hi everyone, Camilla here again with a new post and a new look! 🤍

The days are getting darker and shorter, and the cold is slowly coming in, so what could be better than a warm autumn look to brighten things up a little when it gets darker outside?

Autumn can be so cozy with candles, knitted sweaters and all those little things that make you want to stay inside. But I have to admit, I’m definitely a summer person and I’m already looking forward to spring again. 😂

But yes, every season has its beautiful parts, and autumn really is the season for cozy moments. 🍂🤎

🌿 Prepping the skin

For this look, I start with hydration and preparing the skin for foundation, and I use Glow On Day Cream.

For my foundation, I mix Mixing Base, which gives glow and also lets you decide how high or low coverage you want from your foundation. I mix Color Corrector Mint Green, which is great for redness, with Creme Foundation Cream and Nougat. I first apply everything with a brush and then go over it with a sponge to remove any excess. I also apply a little bit of Cream under the eyes and on the lid to brighten everything up and make me look a little more awake. ✨

Then I go in with the Brow Pen "Blonde" to fill in the little gaps I have in my eyebrows.

I set the base with Setting Powder "Pale Beige" using a puff, and then I use Hyperflex Shadow "Kanel", which is a little warmer than what I normally use. But it gives such a pretty colour when you want that warmer look. 🤎

For blush, I use Granatäpple and place it slightly diagonally along the cheekbones to create a lifted look.

🤎 Warm eyes

For the eyes, I’m doing one of my favourite looks, one that I feel most comfortable in and could easily wear every day if I just had a little more time in the morning before heading out. 😂

I take Grädde all over the lid as a base and then use Kanel in the crease, which I’m also using as my bronzer, so the warmth comes together nicely across the whole look. On the outer corner, I add Choklad to create some depth, and then I use the inner shimmer shade Camelia.

With all the eyeshadows, I just keep blending until I’m happy with the transitions and the shading. That’s honestly one of my favourite parts, just working with the colours until everything feels right. ✨

I’m also using a completely new Rainbow Strokes Pen "Unity", which is a brown pencil. And I have to say, this one is so easy to work with! It’s pigmented and stays so well. I apply it along the waterline and also along the upper lash line. I lift my lashes a little to get closer to the lash line, and I really like the effect of putting the pencil there as well.

Then, of course, on with mascara. 💄

🍓 A soft berry lip

Now moving on to the lips.

I use the Nostalgia Lipliner Pen in the shade Berry, and this pencil is so good, it’s basically four in one. I apply it and then take a brush to blend the lip liner in, so you don’t just get straight, sharp lines.

Then I use Manifest Lipstick "Maria". It’s a beautiful matte red colour, but it has a little bit of glitter in it, which gives the lipstick a subtle shimmer effect instead of just being completely matte. I think that makes it such a unique and pretty lipstick. ❤️✨

I finish everything with Balance Bae Face Mist for both hydration and longer-lasting makeup. And this is one of those products you can use both as a skincare product and as a makeup product, which I really like.
